Advanced Alloys
High-performance metals engineered for extreme conditions—temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength for critical applications in defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
What We Source
- Nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 625, 718; Hastelloy C-276, X)
- Titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo, commercially pure grades)
- High-strength steels (4340, 300M, maraging steels, 15-5PH, 17-4PH)
- Aluminum aerospace grades (7075-T6, 2024-T3, 6061-T6, 7050)
- Specialty stainless steels (316L, 321, 347, 17-7PH)
- Cobalt alloys (Stellite, MP35N)
- Copper alloys for electrical/thermal applications
Common Specifications
- AMS (Aerospace Material Specifications)
- ASTM material standards
- MIL-SPEC requirements where applicable
- Customer-specific specifications
- Form: bar, sheet, plate, tube, wire, forgings
Typical Documentation
- Mill Test Reports (MTR) / Certified Material Test Reports (CMTR)
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
- Heat treatment records
- Chemical analysis / mechanical properties
- Source traceability documentation
Lead Time & Availability
Standard alloys in common forms: 4-8 weeks. Specialty grades or non-standard sizes: 12-20+ weeks. Mill orders for specific heats may require longer lead times.
MOQ Considerations
Varies by form and alloy. Stock items may have lower minimums. Mill-direct orders typically require minimum lot sizes. We work to accommodate smaller quantities where possible.
Compliance Notes
- Certain high-performance alloys may be subject to export controls
- We coordinate with suppliers on ECCN classification information
- End-use statements may be required for some materials
- Conflict minerals compliance (CMRT) available from qualified suppliers
